Dispatch & Courier Standards

1. Fulfilment window

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically handed to couriers within 1–3 working days, excluding public holidays and force majeure events.

2. Packaging protocol

Seeds are sealed in foil-lined sachets, grouped in rigid mailers, and labelled with SKU and lot references. Outer cartons are marked fragile to reduce compression damage.

3. Serviceable regions

We ship to pin codes served by our courier partners across India. Remote or restricted locations may require additional time or be temporarily unavailable at checkout.

4. Delivery estimates

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Tier-2 towns: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
• Remote / North-East corridors: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

5. Shipping fees

Prepaid orders include free standard shipping. Cash-on-delivery orders include a ₹49 fulfilment fee shown before payment confirmation.

6. Customer responsibilities

Provide an accessible delivery address and working phone number. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur re-shipping charges for a second attempt.
