Seed Quality Resolution Policy

1. Commitment
Appily Twentysix packs every seed lot in moisture-barrier sachets with lot traceability. If fulfilment fails due to our error or transit damage, we will offer a fair remedy as described below.
2. Qualifying incidents
- Incorrect SKU shipped: notify us within 72 hours with order ID and unopened sachet photo.
- Transit damage: torn, soaked, or crushed outer packaging reported within 72 hours of delivery scan.
- Non-delivery: when courier tracking confirms loss or excessive delay beyond published windows.
3. Exclusions
Claims are not accepted for opened and sown seeds, poor germination attributable to storage or sowing practices, or orders where the Customer provided an incorrect address and refused redelivery.
4. Remedies
Approved cases may receive replacement sachets, partial credit, or refund to the original payment rail. COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
5. Filing a case
Open a ticket at Track & Support or email seeds@appilytwentysix.com with subject "Resolution β [Order ID]". Include SKU list and clear photographs of the outer mailer and affected sachets.
