Order Withdrawal Policy

1. Voluntary withdrawal before dispatch

Customers may withdraw an order while it remains in "Processing" status. Submit the request through Track & Support or email seeds@appilytwentysix.com quoting the order number.

2. After courier handover

Once tracking shows "Picked Up" or equivalent, withdrawal is treated as a return under the Seed Quality Resolution Policy and may not be available for opened goods.

3. Refund mechanics

Approved withdrawals for prepaid orders are reversed within 5–10 banking days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch are closed with zero charge.

4. Partial cancellations

Multi-SKU orders may be partially cancelled only before pick-up. After packing, line-item changes are not supported; place a new order for additional varieties.
